Business Welcome to Focus Forward Coaching & Consulting. Mission: To encourage and bring out the best in individuals and groups by creating solutions together as a facilitator and coach. Focus Forward Consulting provides facilitation services to small businesses, sole proprietors, partnerships and not-for-profit agencies that want to get more from their organization and themselves. I work with small organizations that have had enough of the 'same old thing' and are ready to make some changes that put them in control. In addition, I provide staff training in a number of management skills courses. Focus Forward Coaching provides individuals with the opportunity to have someone 'light a fire under their bum' to get them going! Stop procrastinating about your life. I help you get clear on life goals and direction, investigate options, make choices, take risks, move into action and be held accountable. Together we figure out what you want and the way to get there. As a coach, consultant and trainer I act as your partner, support system and confidante. I am your biggest cheerleader. (pompoms used only when required) These three hats have one goal in common – discovering the best in you and your group. Sometimes I will believe in you more than you believe in yourself. But together we create the ideas, concepts and solutions that will have the greatest impact on your life. I provide you with the space to explore, the objectivity to gain insight and the freedom to choose.
