As a facilitator, I work with owners and managers of small businesses as well as Executive Directors, Chairs and Boards of Not-For-Profit organizations. Together we revisit the values, vision and purpose of the organization. We compare where the organization was then to where it is today. We focus on the gap and how we are going to fill it in. Through SWOT analysis, interactive exercises, answering difficult questions and prioritizing the group is able to develop a new plan of action to move in the best direction possible.
