All courses are interactive, lively and fun. They are all customized to meet your organization’s needs. The training techniques used in every workshop are based on research into learning styles, personality styles and adult learning theory. The components of each course include up to date information on the topic, current trends, worksheets, experiential exercises, strategies for implementation, small and large group discussion and a commitment to an action plan. . This formula allows participants to fully engage in the topic, understand their strengths and weaknesses, experiment with new behaviours, receive feedback and determine their own level of commitment.
